Since I was little, I managed to make technology do what gave others a headache. My first "client" was my mother. She wanted to call quickly without struggling with the phone, so I automated the dialing for her favorite contacts: a couple of keys and – poof! – she was talking to me or whoever she wanted. Soon, I became the family’s "official IT guy."
Problems with the TV, the mobile phone, or even the toaster refusing to toast... Guess who they called.
Sometimes, I won't lie, that skill helped me impress the pretty girl in class. Sometimes it worked. Sometimes it didn't. But we keep trying, right?
Years passed, and things changed. I no longer fixed family phones but helped large companies with systems that even their own engineers didn't always understand. But something was missing: that closeness, that connection with those who really need it, like when my mother asked for help without technical complications.
That's why I created TimeLab.
No mess here, just clear solutions so technology works for everyone, as it should. Because it doesn't matter if you're a big company or someone who just wants to connect without a headache.
Does that sound good? Come on, this is for you. And for your mother, if she struggles with her phone.
